Evan and Owen showed up on time, were super polite and professional and worked hard all day long on a fairly complex installation of a brand new tankless water heater in a different part of my basement from where the old tank heater was located. The quality of their work was flawless and everything looks so neat and tidy. I had even forgotten one request I had made to brace the gas meter on the outside of the house during the pre-work walk through with Evan. Well, Evan and Owen didn’t forget and they took care of that issue as well. Last but not least they cleaned up everything to a “T” before they left well into the evening. You don't have to worry about them trying to do work you don't need. He was very thorough and did a great job. I have tried various plumbers and I can honestly say I trust in the work he did and in the estimate he provided. He showed up on time and kept in contact. The best by a wide margin. I've been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969.
