The best by a wide margin. I've been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969. I’ve hired Evan in the past (water heater replacement, water supply line leak, a pin nail through a cold water line, and replacing old shutoff valves throughout the house) and always gotten high quality work and advice. Basically ask for his opinion and he will give you the reliable solution he would use in his own home rather than the most profitable solution.
Evan and Owen showed up on time, were super polite and professional and worked hard all day long on a fairly complex installation of a brand new tankless water heater in a different part of my basement from where the old tank heater was located. The quality of their work was flawless and everything looks so neat and tidy. I had even forgotten one request I had made to brace the gas meter on the outside of the house during the pre-work walk through with Evan. Well, Evan and Owen didn’t forget and they took care of that issue as well. Last but not least they cleaned up everything to a “T” before they left well into the evening.
