Apartment Building Shutoffs and PRVs

The shutoffs and PRVs for multiple apartment buildings in this Kirkland complex were beginning to fail due to age and scale build up inside the galvanized pipes. Replacing the shutoffs and PRVs restored their water flow back to proper levels.
