My brother recommended ProMax and I couldn’t be more pleased by the job that was done! Evan is awesome to work with and does very high quality work. My bathroom was completely gutted and he came in and had great ideas that fit my budget. He put all new plumbing in for a free standing tub and walk in tile shower. The attention to detail is like nothing I have ever experienced. I would use ProMax again in a second!
Evan and Owen showed up on time, were super polite and professional and worked hard all day long on a fairly complex installation of a brand new tankless water heater in a different part of my basement from where the old tank heater was located. The quality of their work was flawless and everything looks so neat and tidy. I had even forgotten one request I had made to brace the gas meter on the outside of the house during the pre-work walk through with Evan. Well, Evan and Owen didn’t forget and they took care of that issue as well. Last but not least they cleaned up everything to a “T” before they left well into the evening. I strongly recommend ProMax Heaters and Plumbing. I am 100% happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat. The best by a wide margin. I've been on a condo board more than a decade in a challenging location built over Lake Washington in 1969. For more than 10 years we received bids and rejections from a half dozen plumbers large and small that hesitated to remove cast-iron drain lines embedded in our concrete slab. Some plumbers cherry-picked the easy parts and skipped sections that needed replacement. Others failed to meet building code but charged us anyway as the system continued to degrade.
