Electric Water Heater and New Valves

Replaced a 50 gallon electric water heater in a Kirkland condo. Complex is a CPVC plumbing system and unit shut off valves were also old gate and CPVC type, making them a flood risk if used as CPVC gets brittle with age and prone to breaking.
