Exterior Tankless Water Heater

Replace an exterior-mounted tankless water heater at a home in Sultan with a new Navien NHW700-180SE (LP) 180k BTU propane tankless water heater. At the same time, we upsized the gas pipe at the anodeless riser from 1/2” to 3/4”, reinstalled existing heat tape and added new pipe insulation.
