Fixed Improper Tankless Installation

The intake and exhaust terminations for this Navien tankless water heater in Monroe were too close to each other, per manufacturer installation requirements. Equipment that intakes exhaust will prematurely fail as exhaust gases are acidic and will, among other things, corrode the burners and heat exchanger. The condensate was also left dripping onto the basement floor.

We corrected both of these to make the install proper and prolong the life of their tankless water heater.
