Gas Water Heater With FloodStop

Replaced a leaking gas water heater in a garage for a customer in Bothell with a new Bradford White 50 gallon gas water heater and a FloodStop valve for future leak detection and flood prevention. The FloodStop valve has a sensor that will detect if there is water in the drip pan. If it does, it will sound an alarm and automatically close a valve on the supply line to kill water pressure to the tank.
